Bonnie is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Dentons. She focuses on high-end multidisciplinary transactions across the entire spectrum of real estate asset classes. She has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, sales, investment letting structures, real estate joint ventures and structuring with assets and portfolios in the UK, across Europe and on numerous cross-border transactions. Her clients include private equity and debt funds and she has represented some of the leading investment fund sponsors such as The Blackstone Group, Carval Investors and various sovereign wealth funds. She has a particular emphasis on inbound investment into the UK and Europe and has led transactions across all asset classes including offices, hotels, logistics, self-storage and student accommodation.

Previously co-founded a consortium that secured a contract to acquire Pfizer’s 3 million square feet campus in Kent (2012). Other roles include: NED of Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership & the Oxfordshire Growth Board.

Mr. Bashir joined the firm in 2020 and is a member of the firm’s European Investment Committee, Global Management Committee and serves on various boards for Harrison Street’s European Funds. As Chief Executive Officer of Europe, Mr. Bashir leads the expansion of Harrison Street’s European strategies and is responsible for overseeing and growing the firm’s team of professionals across the U.K. and Europe. Mr. Bashir brings over 20 years of experience in private equity real estate, operations and corporate finance to Harrison Street. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Bashir was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer at Round Hill Capital, a real estate investment and asset management firm with a global footprint. While at Round Hill Capital, he managed a business with a $8+ billion portfolio as well as a team of 260 people across 15 offices in 14 countries. He has overseen investment and development projects, regulatory approvals, complex refinancings and capital raises in multiple European locations across a wide array of real estate asset sectors including retail, commercial, residential and student housing. Prior to joining Round Hill, Mr. Bashir served as a Partner at Aggmore Group, where he was responsible for raising and deploying over €500 million of new capital and developed JV partnerships with European operators in the residential and commercial real estate space. Earlier he served as Chief Operating Officer at North Bridge Capital Partners Ltd. Mr. Bashir began his career at KPMG LLP as a senior manager in the transaction services department. Mr. Bashir earned a B.A. in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Newcastle University. Mr. Bashir is ACA qualified and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Chris is an experienced Director who leads the investor and developer service line for the UK Life Sciences group at JLL. Over the past 10 years Chris has provided independent, research led advice on mixed-use development schemes with a focus on science on behalf of landowners, developers and investors in London, the UK and internationally.

He has become a recognised expert on the life sciences market with a strong understanding of the sector, emerging trends and how this translates to new build development. His expertise comprises development consultancy, appraisal and transactional advice, with a clear focus on developing delivery and funding models for clients.
