The great conversion: inside the rush to redevelop properties for life sciences

November 18 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

The challenge for investors eager to access the booming life sciences market is that there is very little stock to buy, and competition is intense for the assets that do come up for sale. The obvious solution to this problem is to build new labs or convert existing properties.

Join React News’ analysis editor Guy Montague-Jones and a panel of leading experts as we explore how best to pursue successful redevelopments for life sciences.

This webinar will look at:
• What assets are best suited to conversion for life sciences? What is the range of properties that could be suitable?
• What are the costs and what sort of rental premium can developers expect to achieve?
• How much flexibility should / can developers build in?
• What are the best locations?
