Eastdil Secured, Director
Alison Abbey is Director at Eastdil Secured focusing on pan-European logistics transactions, and has been at the heart of some of the world’s largest real estate deals over the past few years. Alison has almost 20 years of logistics real estate investment experience, including 14 years working across Europe., Alison has managed and advised on large-scale logistics transactions totaling more than €25B, ranging from multi-jurisdiction portfolios and platform trades to large single-asset deals, including the €12.5B sale of Logicor to CIC in 2017. In this capacity, she played an integral role in one of the largest private real estate M&A deals on record. Before joining Eastdil in early 2016, she was vice president of transactions for Prologis. Alison recently launched Ladies in Logistics, a women’s networking initiative to foster relationships amongst women across the sector as well as support the rising of women in logistics real estate.
Panattoni, European CEO
Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 15 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 10 million sqm of warehouse space in Europe. Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company, has over 17 years of experience in the real estate business. He is a Warsaw University graduate and has a Masters in Business Management degree.
P3, Chief Investment Officer
Otis Spencer joined P3 as CIO in May 2018. Prior to that, Spencer was President of Peakside Polonia Management, an independent, owner-operator real estate investment manager and entrepreneur group. Between 2012 – 2013, he acted as Managing Director of KSP Real Estate Investment Management, responsible for establishing a real estate investment management platform focused on core CEE markets. Spencer spent 7 years as Managing Director of Heitman International. He earned has Masters in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, and his MBA from UC Berkeley.
Prologis Europe, President
Ben Bannatyne is president of Prologis Europe and chairman of the company’s European Management Executive Committee. He is responsible for Europe’s leading logistics real estate platform, which comprises 19 million square meters across 12 countries, as of 31 December 2021. Previously, Ben has served as the company’s managing director and regional head for Central & Eastern Europe – a role which he held for more than seven years and with overall responsibility for the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. Ben joined Prologis in 2008 from JLL where he was managing director for Central Europe. An accomplished leader, Ben has significant real estate knowledge and expertise, with over 27 years’ of experience. Ben graduated from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, with a degree in land economy (BLE). He is also a UK trained chartered surveyor (MRICS).
