Jason joined Potter Space as managing director in 2020 with 30 years’ experience and a longstanding history of achievements within the property sector. Since joining, he has overseen the continued growth of Potter Space’s industrial and logistics property portfolio to 1.6m sq ft with a further proposed development pipeline of 400,000 sq ft.
Prior to joining Potter Space, Jason held positions as director of Gentian Development Group and development director at Scarborough Property Group, where he was responsible for a £350m development portfolio.
Jason was also CEO of Sheffield United Football Club for over four years, where he oversaw the growth and diversification of the PLC’s off-field revenue streams, including property investment and development assets.
CEO, UK Warehouse Association
Clare Bottle FCILT is CEO of the UK Warehousing Association and vice-chair of Women in Logistics UK.
Having joined the logistics industry in the 1990s she has worked across several sectors including chemicals, construction and most recently in food & drink as associate director of warehousing at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
In July 2021, she joined the UKWA, a leading trade association with more than 900 members, where she is committed to pursuing economic, social and environmental sustainability.
Mark is a director in the Savills Economics team and has an extensive background in property economics, development viability, and market assessments.
His areas of expertise include: infrastructure planning, viability assessment and land valuation to support planning applications, demand modelling for commercial floorspace and economic & social value benefits modelling.
Head of Industrial and Logistics, Maples Teesdale
Mark is a partner in Maples Teesdale’s commercial real estate team and is head of industrial & logistics at the firm.
Mark has extensive experience of commercial property investment sales and purchases, including portfolio sales and purchases and sales and leasebacks. He is also experienced in commercial property asset management, including new lettings, lease renewals and lease regearings as well as acting for bank/borrower on property financings.
