Shed club heaven – big things come in small boxes
October 18 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Big box-style warehouses grab most of the headlines, but some of the biggest opportunities lie in the small-to-mid-box market.
Following publication of Potter Space and Savills’ new report, Big Things in Small Boxes, which lifts the lid on the sub-100,000 sq ft market and the key trends driving its growth, React News’ latest webinar will explore the growth potential of the sector, the occupier trends to watch out for and the geographic hotspots for investment.
In the wake of the recent cooling of the investment market, the webinar will also consider the impact on the smaller box market and how a looming recession would affect occupier demand.
