Franco is a Chartered Surveyor and a Consultant at CBRE . He co-founded Franc Warwick in 1988 at the age of 25 having started his career at Michael Laurie and Partners. Franc Warwick was the forerunner for today’s niche investment agencies. The firm consistently accounted for around 5 % of the UK Investment market turnover across all sectors with a small but focused team. The business was sold to CBRE in 2012 since which time Franco has remained there initially as an Executive Director and then latterly as a Consultant.
British Land Investment Analyst, and University of Manchester Masters Course Student
Elizabeth is an Investment Analyst at British Land, one of the largest property development and investment companies in the UK. She works on property acquisitions and disposals across the retail, residential and office portfolios. Alongside her role, she is currently undertaking a two-year online learning MSc in Real Estate at the University of Manchester. Prior to joining in February 2018, Elizabeth completed a summer internship at a US technology bank after graduating with a degree in Financial Mathematics at the University of Surrey.

Kathryn is a Salaried Partner with 12 years’ experience in the property industry; following 10 years in London Office Leasing, Kathryn now works in Knight Frank’s Asset Management team. Currently involved in a variety of instructions across London, Kathryn acts as a key advisor, providing consultancy advice to some of the industry’s most respected institutional landlords and developers. Kathryn sits on Knight Frank’s People Board, she is passionate about championing gender diversity and more modern working cultures within the firm and throughout the industry. In October 2019 Kathryn took part in EG’s Future Female Leaders programme where she presented a TedX style talk discussing how we tackle the lack of women in transactional roles. In September 2018 Kathryn ranked 34th in the Top 50 Female Future Leaders in the Financial Times Champions of Women in Business.

Crosstree is a UK-focused investor across all real estate asset classes including hotels, offices, retail and residential. Will joined Crosstree at its inception in 2011. Prior to Crosstree, Will was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch for five years within their investment banking division. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bristol.
