Chief Investment Officer at P3
Otis Spencer joined P3 as CIO in May 2018. Prior to that, Spencer was President of Peakside Polonia Management, an independent, owner-operator real estate investment manager and entrepreneur group. Between 2012 – 2013, he acted as Managing Director of KSP Real Estate Investment Management, responsible for establishing a real estate investment management platform focused on core CEE markets. Spencer spent 7 years as Managing Director of Heitman International. He earned has Masters in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, and his MBA from UC Berkeley.
Chief Executive Officer at M7 Real Estate
David Ebbrell is the Chief Executive Officer for M7 Real Estate Limited, one of the leading specialists in pan-European regional real estate. David sits on M7 Real Estate’s investment committees. Most recently, David was the Chief Investment Officer for M7 overseeing the company’s acquisitions. David has a strong track record in strategy deal origination and execution, including leading the acquisition programs for M7’s own Funds and its Co-investing JV’s. Since co-founding M7 Real Estate in April 2009, he has been involved in transactions with a value in excess of €12bn of real estate across Europe. David has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Managing Partner at Valor Real Estate Partners
Christian Jamison is the managing partner of Valor Real Estate Partners and serves on its investment committee. Valor was formed by Jamison together with investment partners Jeffrey Kelter and Robert Savage in 2016. Prior to Valor, Jamison established Delin Capital Asset Management in 2012 and served as the company’s CEO until his departure from the business in early 2016. During his tenure as CEO, Jamison established DCAM within the European logistics real estate sector, built the team and created Capital Preservation Portfolio 1, a €500m fund of prime European logistics properties totalling 6m sq ft.
