The logistics market may be red hot, with sellers laughing all the way to the bank but with the floods of capital pouring in, competition has never been fiercer. In this febrile atmosphere, being able to maximise profits while continuing to meet or exceed occupiers’ requirements is only becoming tougher. Getting a crucial edge is only possible with the right experience and selection of skills, otherwise finding a way into the right deal is near enough impossible.
In partnership with Drooms, React News’ latest UK logistics panel will cover:
• Coming out on top in competitive bidding processes
• Keeping control of development costs and maximising returns
• Savvy asset management and helping occupiers to find the right space
• How to factor in rental and investment growth, while ensuring occupier’s needs are met
• Where to find relative value
